anyone know how to maybe add 2 inches to height?
i want to be 6'0 but not higher im 5'10 currently, what is the best and safest way to do so?

im 20 years old. any info appreciated, what supplements, foods, tips e.t.c

Wear boots. Generally, mine add about an inch and a bit and they look like they dont give me any height at all. As for getting taller at the age of 20... I doubt it'll happen. Hell, you're 2 inches taller than me, and I believe I've stopped growing.

Foods etc wont do much. You're destined to be this height. If you have a huge problem with it, you need to find out why it troubles you and sort that out. 5'10, I believe, is slightly above average height.

Either way, I dont think theres anything you can do except go through that surgery where they break your legs :\ not reccomended imo.

do any of those websites that sell special supplements with amino acids work? between ages 12-25???
