I'm glad I didn't grow up with internet porn.

I disagree with him that self-pleasure is bad, but everything has a price. I surmise that he's aiming this at people with a serious addiction to fapping and porn.

There's nothing wrong with fapping. The problem is porn. The confusion lies in the fact that 99% of people fapping nowadays are using porn, so the terms are synonymous.

It's already been shown in dozens of neurological studies that porn addiction causes the exact same structural changes in the brain as hardcore drug abuse (biggest one being shrinkage of the prefrontal cortex).
