Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

Just a quick story to relate to you guys an find out if this has happened to anyone else.

Let me start by saying that a DJ attitude is the same thing as a confident attitude.

I have a customer that I occasionally visit and this women has never been very nice to me. I can understand because I was so AFC back then. Well I had not seen her for at least a year and she called for service on a piece of equipment and when I showed up to help her out I got the same old attitude from her. She started out by not saying hello and when I started to talk to her she interrupted me.

I smiled at her and gave her a look that said, "You don't really think you can get away with talking to me like that do you?" At least that was what I was thinking at the time.

Well she immediately I mean instantaneously became submissive to me. She stopped talking and just looked at me with a lot of interest. She offered me a coffee and when I left she said have a nice day.

It was pretty interesting to see on one level. I showed my dominance to her and she became submissive. Just thinking confident thoughts comes across in the body language.

I mean I know this stuff on one level but it was so gratifying to see it happen and to be totally aware of what I did and I believe for the most part she was not completely aware of what happened.

Some of you old pros may just scoff at this but this is the first time it's happened to me. Can anyone relate a time when they just made a women go from a nagging state to a submissive state with just one look from you? Remember I did not even say anything to her, it was just a look.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I could not think of any other word to put in there, she was submissive, ya know, just submissive.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Yes yes I agree, I wrote that post over my lunch hour and could have thought more about what idea I was trying to convey. What's the opposite of B!tch? She became less B!tchy, Un-b!tchy?

LOL, Canada man.

I had kind of a similar experience in high school except it wasn't by using a stare.

Ok there was this one chick who always came in the class swearing up a storm and yelling at everyone and I had to sit next to her at this big round table with someother people.

She would complain at us and be just in general a b**** all that hour and we would just take it day in and day out until one day I got fed up with her sh!t and told her to quit being such a f******* god d*** b**** to everybody.

Amazingly she shut her mouth and was nothing but friendly from then on.

I expected after saying that to hear a verbal tirade of unimaginable magnitude in response but yeah not a peep.

After that she would even come up and talk to me by my locker sometimes like we were best friends lol.

This one chick was shyttin on me all last semester of the senior year. She continued to do it when we went to freshman summer school for college (we ended up going to the same school).

One night when we was riding to get some food late night, I made a simple mistake when I tried to recall a date. She blurted out "You're ****ing stupid!" Or some shyt like that. Mind you the car was 5 deep. And I just couldn't let that slide. So I just looked at her straight in her eye and said some firm ****, about not calling me stupid or somethin, I can't remember. All I know is I said it in a way that made it look like I was about to slap a ***** on some real shyt. But the whole car got quiet and she made a lil sly remark but that was the last.

Since then she's been treatin me like a friend. Even after I say something obviously wrong, she laughs it off friendly or ignores it.

I only read the first half of your post, so I dont know if this relates. I just felt like recalling this
