The gym I use for weight training is at school, and I have about 3 weeks Christmas break. So that's three weeks with no gym. All I can do is run. How much muscle mass/strength will I lose in three weeks of abject laziness?

In my 05 Impreza STi
initially you may lose a little strength but your body will adapt and start growing again. I recommend you do some calisthenics along with the running. just keep eating well and your body will take care of itself

If you keep up with your diet and dont do too much running you should be ok. You will lose a little strength and muscle, but it shouldnt be significant.

I would however look into cost and availability of other gyms. Even if its just one or two workouts in the middle of the 3 week break just too keep up your gains.

I didn't work out for more than 2 weeks now, and I was sick for 4 days, ate maybe 500 calories one day.

Mass decreased slightly, nothing to worry about.

Do some exercises without equipment, like a good set of pushups every week.

In the case you lose a few grams of muscle mass muscle memory will restore those grams within a couple of weeks, provided you work out and eat enough protein.

Hey guys, do you think that gaining 6.6 lb in 2 months of workout is a good thing? or is it under the "normal"?
