"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Hey folks,

I went on a blind date (double date with the the couple that set us up) this past thursday. I got the girl's number and asked if she wanted to get together this coming week. She said yes. I'm going to call her sunday to say hello and ask he if she wants to go out wednesday night. I"m thinking about inviting her over to my house and i'm going to cook her some chinese food (she told me she likes foreign food and i can make some mean chinese food). WHat do you guys think about that date idea? I might ask her if she wants to rent a movie to watch afterwards. She doesn't have a car, I'm going to go pick her up for this.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Is she comfortable enough with you to have a date at your house and depend on you for her ride home?

I feel like she would be up for the cooking idea. I think the people that set us up said good things about me, lol. I guess I could take her out for sushi or something like that and then out to a movie in the theater. I was really wanting to do something with her a little bit more interactive and cooking was the only good thing I could think of. Plus I really can make some wicked ginger/soy sauce (tastes kind of like teriyaki) chicken.

Any ideas for an interactive date other than cooking?

We don't have a park thats worth walking in in my town, we don't have mini-golf, i could take her to the university REC center and play raquet ball or something but i don't think thats romantic, and i don't want to go out for coffee again with her (did that on the blind date). She doesn't seem like the outdoorsy kind of girl. If she was I would take her fishing or something.
