i think i know what you mean. you hit the gym do some workouts and drink a lot of water there, near the end of the workout your stomach feels wheezy and sorta wants to vomit.

its rare when that happens. the only times i've had that happen were teh days where i didnt eat much meals, ate a meal about 4 hrs from working out, or ate a small unfilling meal that didnt have much fat (calories in the meal). a good example would be 1 cheeze slice, which is nothing.

if you're ever planning to workout after a meal, do it an hr or 2 later.

cause u drink drink drink so much water, that your stomach barely has any fats (from foods) to dilute.

Your blood sugar level might be dropping when you are working out.

Try a sports drink such as Gatorade.

Sounds like you body was going into a kind of shock since it hadn't been worked so agressively for quite a while. Ease back on the intensity for a couple of weeks and gradually increase it as your body adjusts. Also, do what the other guys suggested about eating and hydration.
