Wow. Don't ever double-bag it, unless you want to sacrifice the integrity of the condom. If you're worried about coming to soon, you can buy extra thick condoms that are less sensitive.

If she can't bring herself to orgasm, then there's very little chance that you'll be able to get her there. She doesn't know her body well enough yet to be able to relax and allow it to happen. As it is, not a lot of women can orgasm from vaginal intercourse alone. Oral sex should definitely be a must, as it will probably be the most pleasurable thing you can do for her.

Sex is mostly about the psychological aspect. So dirty talk/acting dominant/playing with her emotions are all great ideas.

Easiest way for me to get a girl to *** is to lick her out, why don't you like oral?
