I have about foiur women spinning right now. Some are only newbies and two are warming up . However I do not have the time or the patience to work my way thru all their 'tests and mind games'.
There is one who lets me know that there are other guys interested in her. She is somewhat dramatic and likes to control the situation via these 'games' I need to stomp on this ****e pronto to move to the next stage with her OR dump her and go play with another contender. Any tips ?

Simple math

You have four potential plates. One that is testing your patience. 1-4 = 3.
You have 3 plates to spin. I guaran-goddamn-tee you number four will come around the minute you disengage from her.

If I'm wrong ( I assure you that will not be the case ) you still come out on top in the numbers game.

here is the problem with your situation if I may, and trust me I just got out of the same situation

girls starts a game almost right away, you put your foot down and the game stops ...ego feels good, she knows who the man is yeahhhhhhh

a couple days later a new game starts, not the same game because she knows ( if I play the same game he will boot me on muh ass )

again you put a stop to it and she complies ...again your ego is feeling good ! ! what you dont realize is your ego is now invested in keeping her in line ..... not good so what happens a few days later ..you guessed it new game.

then your other plates start dropping because you're spending all your time troubleshooting the bad plate.

the result you end up wasting a lot of time and energy trying to change a woman that you wont ever change and what really sucks when she sees your actually putting up with her bullshyt ..then you get friend zoned ...
at this point your brain is fried

Fella's when a chick starts with the games ...move on as quickly as possible

a healthy girl who has interest = no games
a healthy girl with no interest = honest then sets you free
unhealthy girl interest or not = brain damage

I assume this question was rhetorical? If he said 2 are "newbies" and two are "warming up", i read that to mean he isnt having sex with any of them yet.

Girls that are interested in you and would like you to escalate their relationship normally say others are interested in them simply to make you jealouse. What Karma said is true. Spin the remaining 3 and the once the 4th one realized you're not joking, she'd follow suit.

I'm curious...as I typically don't waste time on the "sex" part. In fact, since my adulthood life...I have NEVER gone on a date with a woman that I have not

1- kissed (and I mean REAL kiss)

or

2- have some kind of intimacy (sex, bj, etc.)

or

3- All of the above

So...I'm trying to figure out if he is wasting $$$ and time with 4 women. Which in essence means that he is quadrupling his expenses and getting just head aches in return.

Not all girls who play games aren't worth it. In fact most of the high value girls play the most games at the start to see if you are worth getting into a LTR. It's the girls with low value (or they're innocent) that don't play games because they are afraid they will loose you.

However some are just simply not worth it or just like playing guys and that's a decision you have to make based on how much you like the girl and what your gut tells you about her reasons for playing the games.

The "game player " is the only one that I am sleeping with. She wants-
" an intimate exclusive relationship " with me BUT she also wants to be as free as a bird . She broke a dinner date last night at 6pm to go visit her sister instead ( it was some pissy family occasion but she agreed to have dinner with me two days ago - posh restaurant too!)
She is high maintenace but HOT ! She knows how to PLAY mind games and tie a guy up in troubleshooting this endless drama. Maybe not a keeper?
I am not keeping time with the others coz #1 is dominating my time and energy.
