I was just wondering on how I should handle this situation.
A chick that I work with invited once the store closed to go out with her. I was like I dunno I am going to have to think about it... Once the store closed I approched her and got the number and agreed I would call her in like 20...
What do you guys think about having a 3 day routine where you concentrate on like chest/tris monday legs wensday and back/bi's friday vs a routine where you lift 2 days aweek with this routine.

Leg Curl
Calf Raise
Incline Press
Pullups
Military Press
Skull Crushers...
Today I was doing squats with a pad on the bar that goes across my back. I was only doing reps of 225lbs and I noticed later that day that I had something like bruise marks that outline the bar on my back. Does anyone else get this? and how can I prevent it?
I am just now starting to goto the gym. I am pretty skinny about 6'2" 185lbs wanting to get up to about 215-220lbs. I am working on a bulking routine and want some feed back about what yall think.

Bench Press 145lbs x 4 // 3 sets
Decline Bench Press 135lbs x 5 // 3 sets...
