Your question is open ended, are you asking if we use it for advice on women? Then no, because they are blue pilled at best - though Claude might have some insight thats not based on Disney morality, but I've yet to use it for anything relating to social interaction.

I use AI most often as a replacement for a search engine. Ie Aggregating/summarizing information - kind of like a precusory, surface-level info dump. For instance I used it recently to understand how Ebay's refund policy works to see how much leverage I have as a seller and come up with a solution. I also use it a lot for theorycrafting on works of fictions (books, shows, movies, games, whatever) which is pretty self-explainatory. Otherwise I mostly use them for thought experiments, especially if it involves any math or some weird esoteric knowledge.

Basically I only use it for entertainment or for trivial information that is tedious/difficult to find. I never use it to inform my decisions on important life choices.
