Unless she clearly and specifically states she wants to leave, switch the scenery a bit. Show her something cool in the other room, make her a coffee in the kitchen, whatever. Refresh the overall mood a bit, she'll most likely be more receptive and spend at least another 30 more minutes.

Yes and no. If she loves sarcastic humor and you're capable of it, sure, indulge and have fun. But do not "mold" any aspect of your personality to fit anyone else's.
