    Whey protein the same?

    Whey is quickly absorbed, which means it is optimal to use after a workout. But there's no reason not to use it anytime...a whey shake is a quick way to get some protein in. Casein protein (found in dairy products) is good before bed....it's supposedly slowly absorbed so you'll be getting it...
