I agree with El Payaso. Personally I get away with a lot of stuff, but it's because I do it in situations where the only negative repercussion is the girl walks away because she's offended or whatever. In work, school, and family environments you have to be a little more careful with what you do.
The nurse thing isn't necessarily a lie. If you go to community college you can get your associates in two years and then do a two-year RN-BSN program. Becoming a nurse is a lot easier than becoming a doctor. I know nurses in their early 20s. Not a big deal.
