Polo shirts are better for married men and guys in LTRs, even in pretentious major cities.
A man with the muscular physique who rides a motorcycle isn't going to be wearing a polo shirt. That's the kind of guy who is going to attract women.
Even if I were to become muscular, I'm not the biker type by any means. That's simply not who I am. Posing as someone I'm not doesn't sound like a worthwhile strategy.
Dr Phil has criticized posers on his show.
Don't get me wrong; I
am willing to take some of the advice I've been given. For example, after getting feedback about my grandpa outfit on another thread, I came to realize that shirt really isn't my most flattering shirt. So I don't wear it as often anymore.
I'm not going to totally change who I am, however.
We're not living in the frontier during the late 1800s anymore though. You could've similary walked the streets in tights and codpiece during The Renaissance, and not be seen as aberrant. Ditto with shoulder pads and Flock Of Seagulls hair during The 1980s
It pays to recognize the era one exists in, then be highly selective about what hill one chooses to potentially die on
In my state (as well as several other states), there's still a lively cowboy scene.
Is it irrelevant? Don’t you trust my judgment?
I’m around attractive people at the gym, and I work in an environment where status, presence, and big personalities are noticed. I’ve seen his picture. I’ve seen his petite frame and face. If he were fat, he’d be a 3. Let’s be honest, most people who’ve seen his picture would probably agree.
Not sure how I could prove my point without actually posting his picture, hence why I have to rely on Wheat Waffles’ rating. It’s one of the few objective references we can use when personal judgment gets challenged.
Thanks for refraining from posting it (I'm pretty sure that's against the forum rules anyway)
I'm going to take a moment to say I
am willing to share my picture through DM for anyone who wants to see. I have a chiseled jawline.
