Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I'd give her a 7 but I think she would objectively be pretty highly rated in the USA given that this country has an obsession with blonde women and the average woman in this country is overweight.
In Miami or NYC she drops down to a 6 but in most areas of the USA, she is easily a 7, maybe even an 8.

The expense depends on who the photographer is. Whether he/she is an uninterested party, or someone with real interest.
What if he randomly walked by and said "she's cute... click"?
That would depend on whether he was polite and forward enough to ask her permission to take the pic or not.
