Anyone familiar with it? I'm considering doing it. I don't know much about the theory behind it, but I like how there are a ton of meal plans out there. I can plan my calories (blocks) exactly but still have variety in what I eat.
I'm not sure about the protein requirements. I think the gist of it is everyone at a certain body type should eat the same amount of protein and up their fat to gain weight.
Maybe modify it or just use the basic structure of it? A little more protein at each meal?
