Planche Pushups: 5
Back&Front lever: 2 min easily
High manna: 10 seconds
Free handstand pushups: 15
Effortless 25 km run.

Oh, and strict muscleups would be cool to do effortlessly too. None of that crossfit kipping bullshyte.

Long Term(1 rep maxes)
Bench 405 lbs
Front Squat 405 lbs
Deadlift 500 lbs

Short Term(few months or so)
Bench 315 lbs
Front Squat 315 lbs
Deadlift 450 lbs

Where I'm At Currently
Bench 300 lbs
Front Squat 295 lbs
Deadlift - - Conventional 385 lbs - - Trap Bar 405 lbs x 5

Those are my only concrete goals, but some other running goals are to constantly be improving in some aspect every time I'm in the gym. No aesthetic goals really, because If I hit the above goals, keep up with cardio, and keep my diet clean, I will look good.

Miscellaneous Goals
Start power cleaning again sometime soon
Learn the snatch (probably won't be anytime soon, as I'll need a lot of time)
Do 5 strict muscle ups (can't even do 1 yet, just don't have the technique down)

just hit my long term goal of hitting 15 stone (95kg) while staying lean (I am, you've all seen pics)

gotta get some new ones, gonna do a week or two on strength to see where i am at and then work towards some new ones.

I've been doing this for close to 15 years...

I've been a high performance athlete, as well as a stripper... I've always wanted to and will one day compete in some sort of physique event. The physique category looks very appealing to me. Its kinda like "men's bikini" haha... we say that because its not nearly as harsh as men's bodybuilding!

Anyways other than that...

I wanna get to 210 lbs bodyweight at no more than 15% bodyfat. I'm 5'8"- 190+ right now.

Wanna get:
- trap bar deadlift to 600 (at 500 now)
- squat to 445 (350ish now)
- powerclean to 275 (225 now)
- incline db press to 130s' (90-100 lb dumbells now)
- pistols to 80s (can do 60s' x 1 now)

Overall, just wanna be in the top 1% in important aspects of my life... income, education, and fitness!

I admittedly am more concerned with aesthetics than actual strength. I’ve never really been a strong guy, but could always kick a football or soccer ball a mile because I am fast and have great leg speed.

I play soccer twice a week, and like to run 4-5 times per week (cutting down from the 50-70 miles per week I used to run!)

I’m in my third week of lifting and I’d eventually like to have a body like this:

It’s a very functional build that allows me to be nimble, yet looks somewhat masculine.

This is an actual pic of me…I have a naturally longer, leaner build and I usually weigh between 158-167 (I’m 6-2).

I am skinny, no doubt.

Any tips on how to get there? Just continue to lift 4 days a week? And eat better?
