Your is speaking in terms of possession. Example: These are your clothes.

You're means you are. It's a contraction. Example: You're incredibly stupid.

Wrong way to say "Your": Your really tall.

Wrong way to say "You're": Bring you're pajamas.

Read this and learn it.

Don't forget affect, vs. effect.

I also find it annoying when people don't post threads in the correct forum.

For example, threads about proper grammar belong in the 'anything else' forum.

Seriously though, I think you're (right?) OCD if it bothers you that much.

Haha, it's funny how so many people are bothered by this one. I have people on FB gearing their STATUS toward this common error. The one that's always got me was the use of "literally". I hear everyone misusing this word, even professional radio/TV hosts.

"...and I literally KILLED the crowd after my performance!" No no no. If you literally killed the crowd after your performance, you would receive the death penalty.

Only if you're caught, if they find DNA there and they're sure it is yours, and you're later apprehended by the police and placed in their prison.

And yes basic grammar errors irritate me :p
