So I've been seeing a girl for what will be 2 weeks tomorrow. we have had sex twice since and been out a few times.

The question is, if at this stage of the game, having only known her this long, would stopping calls/texts/arranging meets do me any favors, or will it just make her back off because she doesn't know me all that well anyway?

Any advice appreciated.

You need to tell us a little more. Why would you give her the silent treatment all of a sudden? You are not giving us any reasons as to why you would do this (she disrespecting you, ignoring you, losing interest)

Ok, the reason I want to initiate this shunning is due to the fact I asked her to come round / go out last night and she said she wasn't sure if she was seeing her friend or not so I said fine just let me know.

Then I went out last night and saw her in a club I was in so I approach to say hello then she actually physically turns her back on me and acts like i'm not there, hilarious.
