I think most of you miss the guy's point. Sure there is nothing wrong with rubbing one off every now and then, but to do it every day or even several times a day can't be good. Food tastes better when you're hungry probably one fat guy once said. When I haven't jacked off for a few days, I notice my drive towards women is stronger. I don't think anyone is saying "stop completely right now." But I 100% ABSOLUTELY AGREE that you need to have a degree of control over it. It can become a compulsive act, and that's when you start getting into trouble. There is also the issue of retarded ejaculation, ie, you get used to your hand/porn and only your hand/porn can bring you to climax. Not to mention sexual exhaustion. Google it.
