Why do things fizzle out so quickly with EVERY girl.

I have a problem...i can attract good looking girls now,(school standard), but i have a problem in keeping them attracted. I had this one girl, we would alway flirt in class, like footsies, her leg over mine long hugs, ass touching. but...it faded out.
so i do i move frm there to kissing?
This has happened more then once. People mention these things but never to my knowledge gevin a solution. please help. thank yoU!.

That is exactly what I was like, I would wait FOREVER to get the number. The girl is going to move on after a while, so strike when the iron is hot.
