What would you guys do in my situation (about rejection)

It's the thrid time that I try to set a date with this girl, but everytime she finds an excuse not too (homework, tired, don't remember the first one) and everytime she never said something like: "oh but tomorrow it should be alright"

so I've trimmed down my options into three possibilities, and please tell me which one of them I should pick, or if you don't like any of them, suggest me something good

1) Keep trying for a little while
2) Keep talking to her but stop trying for a few weeks
3) Stop talking to her completly and let her come to me if she cares at all
4) None of the above (make your suggestions ^^)
