Post your supplements names! Or if you want to go the extra mile... Post the pics! For example here is my stash! only names though

Right before I go to bed I take these!
10mg Melatonin
100-200mg 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP)
2500-5000mg GABA
+ a protein shake (40g or so)

I also plan on buying a ZMA supplement that contains a combo of 30mg Zinc-monomethionine aspartate and 300mg Magnesium Aspartase

Yes I do! Besides I get one of those sleeps that just make you feel like " **** I got some good sleep last night"

All you really need is hard work, water, and lots of food to get big. But, protein shakes help.

Agreed. I have 2 light days (lighter, more reps) and 2 heavy days (heavier, less reps) at the gym. I only drink once immediately after each session.

Optimum Nutrition Banana Whey Protein

Light days - 1 Scoop
Heavy days - 2 Scoops

Well, but i eat a lot most of the time.

Wait I thought a 3 day split was the most preferred choice when it came to working out.

I only workout M/W/F should I be working out more then that? OH and I suppose they are all heavy days.
