What is the gray box on the reputation feature?

Someone rated an article of mine...and it has a grey button. It says "balanced". What does this mean? :rock:

it means neither good or bad.
either a good and a bad cancelled each other, or someone rated you fair.

Forget the reputation feauture, man, it's useless on this site. At least on bodybuilding.com forums you get free nutritional supplements when you get a certain number of points. On this forum it means nothing.
