Second, drop about .2 seconds off my 40 (It's about 4.6/4.5 right now)
Get my squat back into the respectable range since I haven't lifted for 3 months(It used to be 340x3, I was making about 10lbs increases each week, I weigh 150)
Finally, get my knees to stop aching, when I was lifting, they felt great, now, Not so much
