Power Clean (for all you pump junkies out there, take 40 kilos and clean it 100 times in 10 minutes or less. You don't KNOW pump until you do this. A buddy of mine with a max clean and jerk of 90 kilos tore his bicep muscle workin' up to 100 reps too quickly)
