That was a funny story but no need to worry it probably happened to everyone before. Few things that could help is

1. Stop masturbating (If you can't then do it like once a week, just limit it)

I've had some bad experiences like this. In fact, my first time with any new girl goes quite awkwardly and I start off with performance anxiety and can't get it up or have trouble getting off.
