PERSONAL FEEDBACK ON THE NOFAP CHALLENGE TILL NOW:
1 to 3 days: This has been the hardest part of the challenge till now, in the first days I noticed increased aggressiveness, more motivation(but this could be due to me forcing myself to test my limits), more confidence

3 to 6: I feel my body is confused. He was used to "get laid"(to masturbation) multiple times a day, now is like "wattafa?? what's happening dude?!? Where did all that juicy dopamine go??" I feel more energetic, I can almost say I feel that my body is working to equilibrate itself on some rusted primal binary porn made me forgot I had

6 to 9: Some work has been done, Im way more powerful. Im feeling like a man again, less fear for everything. More all!

PORN:
Is BAD for you because it screws up your whole "Sex-Reward" system(the base of manhood we could say), it damages your expectations and values of sex by bombing your brain with excessive amount of false stimulus. Your brain is planned to ALWAYS react to sexual stimulus, this is called The Coolidge Effect and is present in every mammal.

Porn every once in a while is fine. This post is for AFC guys like me that fu!k little and masturbate alot. If you use pornography with parsimony then it's fine. This makes sense. Doesn't it? If your body is not getting laid for alot of time it will produce more and more T to help you on your epic mission of procreation.. Gotta love how sometimes our body's mechanisms are alot smarter than our mind.

BUT in the animal kingdom the alpha males are those who ejaculate most! Doesnt it makes them less alpha?
This is a good counter-thesis I've came across and my answer to it is in two points:
1) For us, Humans. Testosterone is an highly psychological thing too. When you fu!k a girl, you feel more manly, you feel in charge. You are the man, no matter what. THIS attitude is contributing to you producing more testosterone.
2) This is again the The Coolidge Effect males must fertilize as much females as possible in order to have the species goin. This activate a process in the brain that makes you produce more T to be able to serve your duty as a male.

So the key here is: Sex as much as you want, masturbation as less as possible

We all know Testosterone is made of many bricks like fat, minerals and Zinc. Sperm contains Zinc. So expelling it for no sake seems silly. All that man power wasted in a trash can. I will do a minute of silence for those brave little-myself dead for nothing. Love you guys.

This argument is still being debated scientifically. So no one knows it for sure, yet. But alot of people tend to agree after personal experience(some dont but hey, it's fine). That's up to you to find out.

Ok. Now we also stated that abstinence increase Testosterone and we tried to support it with some scientific studies PLUS people personal experiences..


ON MASTURBATION ALONE:
Masturbation is GOOD, it releases tension, helps the prostate, makes you feel good. But you should never forget about the role of the orgasm which in the animal kingdom is a reward to make procreation good and worthy.
If you reward yourself for nothing, too many times. Well, you are losing the battle with life, and sometimes that feel of guilt, shame, and sadness that comes after proves it.


MYSTIC VIEWPOINT:
I tried to keep myself fact and science-oriented. But there are others viewpoints about this argument and they are very valid in their own way, if your into Chakras and similar things.
One of them is the Mystic/Esoteric/Tantric view, which sees the sperm/sexual energy as a "flow of life" that for no reason should be wasted. So much that in Tantric sex there are techniques to literally direct the sperm inside the body(touching a pressure point on the genitals) instead of releasing it outside. Strange but cool, uh?


MY PERSONAL CONCLUSION:
Testosterone alone will not solve all of our problems, but it's the power that drives our manliness into the world, it can be the spark you need to change your life(if you are an AFC and lack it).
So should we stop masturbating?
Of course not. My advise is too keep it straight to 1 time a week. You shouldn’t masturbate until AFTER day 7 in order to get that 146% spike we talked before. You could even wait till day 10 before releasing it. To get those 3 "high testosterone" days. Im on day 9 and im loving it.

I will keep going with abstinence. To have first hand report on the matter. My goal is 90 days. But im not advising to do this. I will do it because I've been extremely AFC till now. And I know that beside anything controversial the NO FAP CHALLENGE will, at least, push me to go for real chicks (this would pay the bill on its own for me).
Other than that I want to test myself beyond my limits. And im already experiencing benefits from this choice.

I feel in charge of my life.
