underarms sweat alot.

It seems that my arm pits sweat alot. Even, if i'm just sitting around doing nothing. I use anti-perspirant sticks that seem to help. Is there something I can do to help stop the sweating?

I do drink more soda than, I should. I'll try cutting down on the pop and drink more water and see if that helps.
