I think this will only work if you were/are a p*rn addict. I tried this too but never watch it, perhaps once a year.

I substained for a month, for 2 weeks, a week, a day,... But I didn't see any social improvements, the only thing I noticed was of course getting more horny.
For me my social interactions purely depend on my self confidence, I could fap and be very social the next day just because I felt confident. Other times I didn't fap for a few weeks and had days I felt not at all confident and just didn't want to engage in social interactions.

For the aggressiveness, I just become more aggressive, no matter if I fap or not, it's just because I think different.
