I slapped together something that might help some people out. I've actually had this for about a month now, and I used it on my self, and I have to say it has helped.

THE HIGHSCHOOL EXPERIMENT
One week to a better you!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-This is designed to give you some of the very basics.
-It has a grading system to show you how you're doing.
-Anything you as a result of this week (I.E. exersize routine) you're expected to continue on.
-Do not just make up the grades as you go along, Actualy earn it.
-This isn't a full week, just one school week (five days)
-*PLEASE NOTE* I go to a small school, for you people who go to larg schools you might need to adjust the amount of people in some of the exersizes.
Now....LET'S GET STARTED!

Exersize A Unit: "Eye contact."
A.1) Make eye contact wit 30 people.
One Point each.
A.2) Make eye contact with 10 attractive chicks.
4 Points each.
A.3) Smile while making eye contact with 15 people.
2 Points each.

Exersize B Unit: "Kino"
B.1) Make light contact with 10 people.
4 Points each.
B.2) Make intense kino with four people.
5 Points each.
B.3) Make eye contact while using kino with 10 people.
4 point each.

DAY TWO

Exersize C unit: "Initiating Conversation"
C.1) Make a statemembt, question, etc. with ten strangers
One points each.
C.2) Initiate a conversation with two strangers.
Twenty-Five points each.
C.3) Make eye contact with a smile with twenty people.
Two points each.

Exersize D unit: "Reading Body Language"
D.1) Recognize body language (eye dialation, palms, etc.) in 5 chicks that you're talking to that signals their intrest level in you.
Eight points appiece.
D.2) Observe body language in the world around you, check people that you aren't even having a conversation with. It dosen't matter wether or not the body language is directed to you. Use this on ten chicks.
Five points appiece.
D.3) Use the clock technique once.
Ten points.

E.1) Get five numbers
Ten points appiece
E.2) Get 4 email addresses.

E.3) Get tenfriends number/ email.

***NOTE: I AM NOT RESPOSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES CAUSED FROM ANY EXERSIZES YOU MIGHT TRY***
***SKIP THIS SECTION IF YOU HAVE ANY HEALTH PROBLEMS THAT WOULD RESULT IN INJURY***
F.1) Start a fitness routine of about Thirty minutes to two hours.
Sixty points.
F.2) Get a fitness video
Five points.
F.3.) Set up a tennis date. Get a chick to go play tennis with you for about a couple hours or so. (Not a serious game of course)
Thirty-five points.

G.1) Research Old master (I.E. Mozart, Devinchi, Shakespear) paintings, musical compositions, literature, etc.
Ten points
G.2) Learn to like a new type of music.
Ten points.
G.3) Raise grade scores in a History, English, or lit classes one grade level (unless already an A than go ahead and give yourself these points)
Twenty-Five points.
G.4) Same above, only with a Math or Science class.
Twenty-Five points.
G.5) Start a dream journal and research "Lucid dreaming"
Ten points.
G.6) Start reading a big book. (over 500 pages)
Twenty points.

H.1) Get complimented on your appearance, smell, etc. three times.
Ten points each.
H.2) Ask five people what they think of your cologne.
Four points each.
H.3) Start dressing a little nicer, different, etc.
Twenty points
H.4) Get an extra hour of sleep! (if possible)
Ten points
H.5) Make intense eye contact with kino on ten people
Two points each.

*Hotdamn you've done it! You've made it to Friday! You may be thinking what kind of crap does he have lined up for today…guess what….they are nothing but review exersizes and a few last pointers. *
Last minute pointers
Evil ***** shields can be pretty powerfull in highschool…watch yourself.
Your competition can be pretty...........competitive, sometimes to the fighting point watch yourself. Just by participating in this you've had more experience than most.
In high school I've found that you're sense of humor can be one of the most powerfull weapons. Just don't take it to the level where you're considered imature, or perverted.
Try and get along with everybody.
Remember that you've only got four years of highschool, then it's gone!
Chances of you seeing any of these people after highschool are pretty slim.
Exersizes R unit: Review!
