Sup, after reading the masturbation thread along with Sammo’s threads on self-improvement, I came up with an idea. I’m starting a pact with myself for one month, starting from today, just to see if I can actually pull it off. This will be a test of will, a test of discipline, and of self-control. Here are the criteria:
-Ok, so first of all, no ****ing jacking off for a whole month, don’t even look at porn
-No junk food at all for a month, no chips, cookies, fried/fast foods, juice/soda, chocolate, ice cream, etc.
-Exercise every day of the week: lifting, running, or pushups/situps, etc.
-Get six hours of sleep everyday, meaning no massive procrastination and trying to do a ****load of homework on the night before.
-No late homework assignments for the entire month.
-Do something that gets my adrenaline pumping at least once a day.
Anyone wanna join me in this? This might be too hard for some of you people, so if it’s too hard then narrow down the list a little or change it so that it'll fit you better. If you want to test your will, or if you think you are weak-willed, this is probably exactly what you need. And there’s nothing quite as satisfying as succeeding in accomplishing something that you set out to do. Good luck I'm out.
