You have to eat ridiculous amounts of food if you want to be a big, tall man. Forget eating 5 small meals a day, its more like 5 or 6 BIG meals. Plus whey.
The question is, how big you want to be. Really muscular tall man can look intimidating, unless they radiate a very friendly vibe. I think 200 lbs with low bodyfat is quite nice for your height. I am 6'4'', currently 194 lbs, short-term goal 200, long-term 210. Started with 175 oO
Always watch your posture, its really important especially for us tall folks.
