Supplements helping my body but hurting it at the same time

Since the use of creatine and anginine(amino acids) and previous use of Ephedrine (used it for about a month till 2 weeks ago), Ive been really f*cked up mentally lately. I am 17 yearsold. Although I've seen pretty good results from this stuff, as of late my face has been paler and people tell me I look pale and tired many times. Do you guys think this is happening to me because Im not taking enough water? or is it over working myself?
