Last week Friday an old wing of mine came into NYC, he was actually going to a Newbie Meetup for another site, which I actually didn't stay long for because I had a party to go too. But I must say I was impressed and for the first time ever really realized that there are more than 100 guys out and about...before I used to think I was one of the few actively going out because I'd never see people in the so called Pickup Battledome location.
Anyway the meetup was interesting, they ended up doing night game, which my wing told me was a great experience.
So, since I'm so skeptical about this site as there are only a few guys on this site who actually cold approach and many on here think cold approaching is impossible...
We might as well have a meetup...
- If your a KBJ, come along, you just might be motivated to start actually doing this
- If your a Newbie, you will have a nice experience
- If your good, you can give insight and motivation
Back when I first started I never planned on meeting anyone in this community, but after seeing how cool some of my wings are as a person, I started enjoying it and actually liked helpping guys out.
So if anyone wants to do this just drop a post as to the best times possible in the next week or two...My schedule is very tough and I'd prefer a weekend just so more people can come out.
