Hey guys, just got a blender so when i dont have time to prepare a full meal i can drink a smoothie and get my nutrition in. Only problem is i dont have any healthy quick recipes so post some of what you guys make.

150ml Skimmed Milk
200ml Water
40g Peanut Butter
30g Whey
20g Oats
Banana (Preferably Green)

45g Protein 550 Cals

As above but I don't bother with the water I just use more milk and I also add a tablespoon of virgin or extra virgin olive oil for a few more calories.

I add frozen berries. Can buy them in a bag at your local supermarket, in the freezer section.

What are your guys' thoughts on drinking these shakes? Are you using them for when you dont have time for a meal? as like your 6th meal (cause its pretty hard to actually eat 6 meals in a day)? or are you using this as like a staple/bulk of your diet?

Or is this simply like a post workout shake you make?

I know ideally you should be eating 5-6 real meals, but how many shakes/protein shakes do you think would be ok to be eating?
