There is a new server at my work. Im a kitchen guy
She is dining staff

Very shy. Probably the most shy, soft spoken reaerved female i have met

She is opening up to me though, slowly, still shy as hell

Any advice from those of you who chose to pursure a shy girl?

In my experience "shy" chicks tend to just be big time wasters. You'll think that they're just slow to open up, right until they start throwing themselves at some guy who isn't you.

If a chick's interested in you she'll make it rather obvious.

Take a chance, invite her out somewhere. I don't know your age, but perhaps invite her out to smoke some hookah or let her see your "dog" haha. Invite her out and report back, don't forget to kino!

I wouldn't say they are necessarily big time wasters (depends on the level of shyness). Like BowTie said, just invite her out to do something and see how she responds.

This is kind of what I was thinking. Not that I have anything against shy girls, but maybe she just doesn't talk to you that much because she isn't interested.

A woman who is interested won't confuse you. Your best bet is to make a move and see how she responds. That will answer many of your questions in this case. That's my ruling.
