Okay, here's the situation. I'm in the club just dancing and enjoying the music, approaching sets and all. So meanwhile, while I'm moving through the dance floor, I swear this drunk dude grabs my pants. I seriously wanted to beat the dude's ass at that point, but should I have?

You want to risk legal trouble and serious physical injury because you think someone grabbed your pants?

I think you should seek anger management.

ya unless the dude tongue kissed you, then proudly deliver a right hook followed by a stiff jab. otherwise, hey, even a dude thinks you're hot, so go get em hos; but if you're for sure the guy grabbed your azz, tell him you're straight and you don't appreciate those kind of behavior and tell him to piss off

They usually grab from real far away, and after you've passed, so they have plausible deniability. Groping another man is an act so sick that it's really a plea for help (even if it's hidden behind a veil of plausible deniability). Letting himself be identified groping another man is an exceptionally loud plea for help. The guy is begging for you to help correct his sick behavior. Kick the sh1t out of him.

Legally, grabbing someone is assault. Grabbing an ass is also sexual assault. You have every right to defend yourself from what you believe will be coming next. Kick the sh1t out of him.

Legally, making a grab for a man's wallet is attempted robbery. If you feel him grab or hit at you while doing it, it's mugging (aggravated robbery). You have every right to defend yourself from what you believe will be coming next. Kick the sh1t out of him.

In the real world, disrespecting another man earns a swift and violent response. He disrespected you. Kick the sh1t out of him.

the_stig, you are wrong and you couldn't be more wrong. ElStud was the one who was violently attacked. The groper is the one who risked physical retribution and serious legal problems. The groper is the one who has mental issues.

moneyisking and the_stig, you two sound like faggots. You're defending a self-hating man-hater who tried to emasculate a DJ because he appeared to be confident and successful in courting women. You two need to get your heads out of the feminist toilet. You two seriously need to man up. Maybe go get jobs in construction and throw away your computers and smart phones.

Everyone, you do know groping someone in an unwarranted way like El Stud described is sexual battery, and he can therefore use the correct amount of self-defense.

From getting rejected by 2s to getting escorted off campus by security to losing his virginity to his friend's sloppy thirds (not seconds) to getting his crotch grabbed another man.

Gotta love El Stud threads.

He grabbed your pants...and that's it. He didn't do this so he could take you down and pass your guard nor did he throw a punch/kick. What did he SAY directly after? Was he angry or threatening in demeanor? You will get grilled by the prosecutors if you don't have a seriously good reason to beat him up...but then again I've seen a chick get knocked out and the dude escaped through the crowd lol.

who cares...that wouldn't even bother me......unless he had a bad attitude4 about it and was confrontational...i mean, sure it's not comfortable, but it definitely aint worth getting into a fight over and risking arrest and/or attacked by bouncers...
