I shave my balls every day in the shower. Takes like about 15 seconds. I use a triple blade shaver.

Also, don't shave your abdomen, but you can trim it. I use an electric timmer on my body hair, set to 1/8" (#1 comb.) I do this every three weeks or so.

It's pretty hard to deeply cut yourself with a triple blade razor. At worst you might get a little "shredding." That's the sort of thing that might itch later. But you are hardly in serious danger.

Anyhow, any time you shave an area for the first time, it is best to clip it very short first. This keeps the blades from clogging up with really long hairs. Once you shave on a daily basis, you don't have to pre-clip anymore.

Shaving your balls is like shaving your neck and chin area. You have bumps and curves. But ball hair is usually finer than facial hair. So it cuts easier. Pull the skin taut then lightly slide the blades along. Sometimes I just use water, sometimes I use a bit of soap. It doesn't seem to make much difference.

unless u are a porn star and have your nut sack on camera in bright light...there is no need to shave them completely..

shaving causes ingrown hair, stubbles, rashes, and can speed the hair regrowth

like the guys said...just trim it .. and its not even noticeable especially since..most sex is in the dark

I have done the shaving thing..and found it grows back THICKER than it was originally( I dunno about faster..but def thicker!)

i.e. look at armpit hair..my armpits are like a fine thin texture..

now look at a womans armpits..and notice how the STUBBLE is waaay thicker than your own pits!

if u dont believe me...shave a part of your body (i..e the arm) like an inch...and let it grow back..and see how much thicker it is than the other hairs right next to it

Use "Magic Powder" to do the job instead of a razor. It is under $3.00! Available everywhere in the ethnic hair section of your drug store. Safer than Nair too!

I never got rashes from my shaved area. The key is after shaving, splash cold water over it, dry it, and then put baby powder on it. It did itch the first two times I shaved down there but afterwards, I don't. I don't shave all the way anymore, I just shave my balls and leave a little hair above my c0ck. I make sure it never gets longer than 1".

And to try to stick with the shaving topic: in my personal opinion, while a little trimming is always considerate... stubble on a man's body is much more unattractive than hair on a man's body.

Oh and to avoid rashes or red bumps or irritation, try shaving after the shower (never before) when everything is soft, etc.

Just for looks reasons. In my opinion, you don't want to come off looking like a pre-pubescent boy. Bodybuilding contests have other criteria, plus your wanker and balls usually aren't hanging out in the breeze during a pose down.

Sexy_Malibu is right about body stubble -- it feels like a wire brush. Sometimes you can't shave close enough to eliminate the feel. And within hours it starts to get worse. Shaving the body is too much trouble. Trim it instead to 1/8 to 1/4 inch is you think you need to tone down the Grizzly Adams look. I trim my body hair once every 3-4 weeks. Except I do shave my balls daily.
