Ok, we've seen the posts on tuna..but today I was reading in the National Post that the FDA is recommending only about 1, maybe 2 cans a week(assuming other slight seafood consumption). The FDA is still in the stages of debating this, but this is still worrying, as I am having 2 cans a day.

Any comments?

the fda has put out warnings on fish that contain mercury.
tuna is suppose to be on this list but it is not suppose to be as dangerous as fresh fish.

i am a pregnant mother and can eat 12 oz a week.

the men's catergory is allowed to eat twice this i believe.

for more information, you need to look up either site for the food administration or one that tells you guidelines on fishing example everyone with a state fishing license

here in this state got mailed a booklet about regarding rules and at this consumption stuff was in the back of it.
