Assuming I made a protein shake, I'll make one, then save it for tomorrow (about 29 hrs. later), will the protein be the same as it was?

Just yes or no, I'm bringing it to the beach.

Answer is No. Put the powder in 1 container and the water in another, mix and shake when you are ready to drink.

The texture of the mixture will be thicker if it has been mixed or blended for hours. Most of the protein/meal replacement drinks taste better when mixed right before drinking. Texture and temperature have almost as much to do with taste, as the flavor or taste of the powder.
