Pinched nerve?

Has anyone had experience with a pinched nerve? Lately when I've been doing squats, I've been getting a burning/tingling sensation in my quad. I've been thinking about going to see a doctor about it, but he/she would probably just tell me to stop working out.

If it feels serious, and not merely a cramp, then I would give the same advice as your doctor would.
