After some long, hard thinking, Ive decided that once I get back into the gym I am going to start gaining, not cutting anymore. Im not gonna keep updating my food log, since there isnt really a point right now. I will continue it once I start doing 5-3-1. Ill also record my workout progress as well. Im thinking Im gonna carb cycle once I begin working out.
