Ok, day 3 for me.

Been at work most of the day, done lots of pushups and meditation, breathing exercises etc.

I've completed day 3 as well. Wasn't as difficult as day 2 strangely. Didn't wake up with a huge boner this time, but still have been lacking sleep. Not sure if this is related to not jerking off or not!

Got out of bed late today, must have overtrained, body feels drained.

Day 5/42, feeling strong.

Was offered a lay for tonight but turned it down since I have to be up for training tomorrow morning.

May go for it next week though.

I blew it. After 5 days I'm back to day 1. I don't know if it's just me but I've been feeling tense lately, can't relax as easily and this has disrupted my sleep! I got sick of being tired all the time and milked the one eyed snake this morning so I could get back to sleep.

Now I have to start all over again. :(

You know by doing this your increasing the chance for impotence, cancer and PE right? your penis is suppose to have regular blood flow through the veins so it's natural and encouraged to masterbate. You'll notice after about 2 weeks that your boner is getting weaker because YOUR PC MUSCLE which controls the amount of blood that flows into the veins is getting weaker. To work the pc muscles just stop and start your urine flow 10-20 times per visit.

This is just excuse rationalisation.

I quit for 4.5 weeks and then went back and nothing had changed.

If you are going to post 'advice' like this then make sure its medically verified and site your references.
