Anyone know any good carb free recipes?

I'm thinking of a beef stew recipes without flower, potato or tomato etc. But don't know how to do it.

I'm just sick of eating meat by itself.

beef burgers with cheese.
chicken wings/legs with skin.
bacon and eggs.

you're always gonna have SOME carbs in a recipe if only trace (from vegetables etc). try to keep each meal to 5-10g of vegetable carbs max and you should be okay.

I should of stated in the OP.

I'm trying to slowly move away from frying foods and cheese. I have a acne problem that is under control but when these things are cut my skin is beautiful.

I will not do anything to sacrifice my clean bulk though

scramble the eggs, the beef, bacon and chicken can be grilled (or in case of chicken, roasted as well).

what do you fry your food in?

try butter or coconut oil and see if it makes a difference.

otherwise stick it out til your acne clears up, it will.

egg stew. Just throw some eggs into hot or boiling water. Add whatever herbs/spices/meats/veggies you want.

I can't use butter because anything dairy or wheat causes acne volcanoes. But I will look into this coconut oil.

wolf, if your allergies are so severe this is why you overtrain easily.

you have to cut out all wheat and dairy from your diet, period.

base your diet around meat, poultry, eggs, fish, vegetables and fruit and the appropriate oils.

Yes I've come to realize this. It would be good if you could help me out with food suggestions for my carb up days(Saturday).

Olive oil if fine. It's just the frying of oils.

thanks

I have a friend who developed an allergy to wheat when he was 19. Maybe you're in the same situation.

I sure am, also oats, dairy and maybe gluten. So if I go out anywhere I have to cart stakes around with me. lol. There is seriously nothing for me to eat if I go on a holiday.

I haven't been diagnosed or anything because I hate stupid doctors! I really can't stand them! I have only ever been misguided by doctors.

for your carb days I'd go with fruit, potatoes, and sweet potatoes as these are 'natural' carbs. wholegrain rice is also fairly inoffensive as far as allergic reactions go but you'll have to try it and see

basically no oats or breads.
