New Cold Approach

Okay i was just at the mall buying something and I discovered this one...

I was in a rush so this was by accident but It got me another number .

The women was looking at something[CD's] she was about a foot and some away. Just watching. Me being in a rush zoomed pass through her space. Now without thinking as always I turned to say excuse me, well with my new DJ mindset I also used this for a convo. initiation.

So, this was my new cold approach, easy and simple, almost forces eye contact, and a great excuse for a convo initiation.

Can be used almost in any situation...

No. It wasn't excuse me...

You realize when in a semi-crowded are like a hallway, some people are looking at something, say a poster on the wall...

there concentration is on that picture.

Now if your in an empty hall this would look stupid of course, so it needs to be fairly busy.

So inbetween the person who is looking at the picture is some space, maybe a foot or two. So if you cut through that space her concentration goes straight to you, and it almost forces a convo.

OF course this isn't something you can do every day. It needs to be a fairly busy place.

This is really hard to explain. Maybe I'll draw a picture. ..hmmm...

the green line was teh path I took. where the line turns is where I turned my head back and caught eye contact...

do you understand now... you don't have to say excuse me, you can start the convo however you want. It was just an easy way to start a cold approach I found by accident and it worked quite nicely.

though It needs more field testing so far so good.

forcing them to notice you.
