Need tech help for this board

OK, it keeps saying I can't receive private messages because my mailbox is full. I had one message in there, so I erased it. It still says the mailbox is full. Is there something I'm not doing correctly?

Delete your 'sent' messages, not just 'received'. (they are in a different folder)
