Basically it means that investment funds, funds like Goldman, Merrill, etc, are starting to buy this stock. Not those funds specifically, but funds like them. The retail market, people like you and I, are usually the only ones that buy OTC penny stocks. Investment houses just don't. But they are starting to here. :)
Sweet. Also, I was browsing the earlier pages of this thread and someone was talking about how a stock like this only trades a certain amount of shares a day. When will it start trading more shares and what does this mean for me in terms of making money? thanks for the help.

Yeah options are even riskier than pinks. My buddy lost his ass on options, when you buy options on stocks that go to sh!t you get stuck holding the bag, and then you watch the motherfvcker expire. I prefer to dig deep and find OTCs that I believe will soon not be OTCs anymore.

But I find it interesting that institutions are buying RTGV. I haven't DD'd the stock but I've never heard of institutional investors buying pinks.

been watching RTGV lately. Barely any volume. I'm thinking about getting in for a small 20k share play.

20k is small?! i invested microscopic amounts then....
I currently have 8.5 Million shares of RTGV. Whether you buy 100 shares or 1 Million shares, you have as much right as anyone to talk about the stock. Put in what you feel comfortable with, no more.

wow Cordoncordon, you're gonna have some massive problems exiting this position if you ever care to, with daily volume like todays at around 20,000.

Plan on holding for quite some time. Volume will pick up as things get going with the company

I have almost 50,000 shares in it. Im probably not going to add more. Maybe when it starts to run Ill consider it. How long were you thinking of holding onto this stock, around 1 year or more?

I'm hearing LUDG should be good. Around 6 cents, down from the .20's where it was all year. Looking for a return to .15.

Beyond your peripheral vision
I made a quick double on LOCN earlier this week, and nearly cried all day today as I watched it go up like 400% from my entry point on Friday. I had planned on jumping in at the dip, but my funds haven't cleared from the first sell.

Overall, I am trying to be more disciplined, and get out with a decent gain, instead of holding for a jackpot. I won on that front, but that doesn't stop the pain of knowing what I could have had today.

Oh, even the winners are losers in this game!

I'm just starting out with trading, but my father has been in it for a few years now.

He's taken an interest in JSDA. He took at 10% loss in one day, now I'm thinking of getting into it once I recover my minor loss in SLV.

Basically it means that investment funds. Planning a course of action for penny stocks is very important but for that one requires complete information on these stocks.

Well guys, after a long wait, I believe our time has come. RTGV is ready to make a major move. Some big time company events are about to transpire, and some major buy volume should follow. The chart is SO ready as well. Remember, they should do $10 million in real revs this year, and they are forecasting $50 M in 2 years. Market cap is $1.7 M...which means this is VERY undervalued.

Don't say I didn't warn you. :)

Good call again CC. Already up 12% today. I'm going to have a little money to play around with soon. I will look forward to your posts.

Btw you do this full time right? How much do you make yearly again?

I started building my position in Liberty Star Uranium & Metals (LBSR) last august, and I am VERY happy with my position now. Look us up, we are a tiny junior miner with the lion's share of the biggest gold and copper deposit in the world, Pebble Alaska.

Look at the shoulders we are rubbing with up there: Rio Tinto, Mitsubishi, Freeport McMoran, Northern Dynasty, and dare I say ANGLO AMERICAN! When we begin to prove up our resources, a bidding war the likes of which has never been seen will ensue!

It might take some years, but LBSR will be the value performer of the century!

Its a little too pre-mature to say good call. Its tanked the last 2 days, but I'm still not doubting RTGV from picking it up sometime soon.

Have a new one for you guys, and this could be explosive. SEGI at .016.

11.7 M confirmed float, which is 100% tied up, however CSTI is short at least 10 m shares. Has increasing volume the last two days, this could be a powde rkeg.

Guy on IHUB rylawi is an honest poster who just posted a screen shot showing he owns close to 7 million out of the 11 million share float. I have around 400 k so far, will get up to 1.5-2 M. Another guy has has 1,400,000. I think cautionhead had a million or so more. Just really looks to me like CSTI shorted around 8-10 million shares of SEGI. Everyone has seen CSTI like a plague on most ihub runners shorting into the runs. I know MMRF CEO went after them and filed an 8K about their shorting BS and trying to knock out all the bids to trigger people's stop losses so they can scoop up a ton of shares when they cause the bottom to fall out.

Rainmaker Report for SEGI: Payback time for MM CSTI the shorter, finally trapped in the wrong short...

SEGI: Market Maker CSTI caught very short...People who know how to think things through for themselves only need apply:

How could market maker CSTI have traded 11 million shares of CSTI in October and November when the float is only 11 million shares and this guy bought almost 8 million shares? Only possible answer is CSTI shorted/sold 11 million phantom shares. JMHO! The company also updated their fact sheet on 12/10 float still 11 million.

Just an FYI, myself and a few others I know have bought a lot more than the 4 million left in the float. CSTI appears to have gotten himself caught short 10 million plus shares of a new merger stock with a float of 11 million and a Street smart CEO who claims he knows how to squeeze a short.

Re: Backdraft4u post# 418 Post # of 436

The CEO told me a couple of months ago that he knows how to make the shorts cover. He said what many CEOs don't know is that their companies are trading on foreign exchanges, which is where a big part of the problem occurs, he knew much more than I can explain, info about the DTC and such.

Here are my holdings of SEGI. If the 11.7 Million share float is true, the float is locked up.
One position shows 3,350,000 shares and the 2nd position shows shares I transfered to Zecco at a total of 3,650,000

Total 7,000,000 shares of SEGI.

The company updated the share numbers on pinksheets on November 29th.

Re: None Post # of 436
I talked to the CEO,EDWARD SYLVAN, very nice guy. He knows more about the markets than anyone I have ever talked with. This is a one of a kind CEO for a penny play, most CEOs I talk to know all about their business but nothing about running a public company and the public markets, this guy is 100% the opposite, he will easily school you in how this game works. On top of that, he has merged with some players in the business. Basically Mr. Sylvan came in and merged with Sweet Spot productions.

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=56214584

Here's one article I found about them, both guys are principles here.

http://blog.digitalcontentproducer....ga-spots-promoting-latest-videogame-releases/

Quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ABOUT SWEET SPOT PRODUCTIONS:
Don Scotti and Joe Takats bring decades of marketing, branding and promotional experience to their company, Sweet Spot Productions. In 2007, the duo was nominated for two Key Art Awards, for their marketing work behind the feature film “An American Haunting” and for After Dark Films’ “HorrorFest” film festival. This year, they won a Golden Trailer Award for Best Film Festival Trailer for “Horrorfest – 50’ Woman’. Before launching Sweet Spot, Scotti spent many years working at legendary trailer house Kaleidoscope Films Group, ultimately becoming that company’s Vice President, while Takats earlier served as Creative Director for Miramax Films, where he won four Key Art Awards.

Scotti and Takats have produced various promotional campaigns for a broad array of feature films as well as videogames, including “SEGA Superstars Tennis,” “Viking: Battle for Asgard,” “Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games,” “Iron Man”, “The Golden Compass” and the main title treatment for “Highlander” for Eidos.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

this is a commercial they produced:

http://www.gametrailers.com/player/36096.html

Plus if you go to the companies website all those little boxes are projects they had something to do with(the boxes can be pressed)

http://www.sycamoreentertainment.com/index.php

then if you look at the bios you'll see Mike Doban, now he's the distribution guy, check out his resume:

MIKE DOBAN, COO, Theatrical Distribution
Michael has served as Director and Chief Operating Officer of our company since May 2010. From 1995 to present Mr. Doban has worked as an international cinema and film consultant specializing in all aspects of motion picture marketing and distribution. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Doban was a co-founder of Freestyle Releasing a United States domestic theatrical distribution company. From 1992 to 1995 Mr. Doban also served as a Senior vice President for United Artist Theatres International and from 1982 to 1992 he served as Senior Vice President Film Programming for United Artist Theatres. We believe that Mr. Doban’s significant experience within the motion picture marketing industry, as well as his management skills and creative ability, support the conclusion that he should serve as one of our directors.

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=56838591

and this is basically what Sycamore Ent does:

Sycamore Entertainment is a full-service motion picture distribution entity and provides the entertainment industry with high quality services including:

•Acquiring films
•Creating marketing materials necessary for release into all formats, domestic and international; theatrical, television, home entertainment, internet and cellular phone, and all traditional non-theatrical markets.
•Publicity and public relations
•Placement of advertising; electronic and print
•Placement of in-theater marketing materials
•Theater booking services
•Exhibitor film rental negotiation and collections
•Film accounting service
•Television, home entertainment and all ancillary sales
•Full accounting service

You'll notice that not only can they distribute films but they can also do all the marketing, so even if they aren't the distributor on a film they can still make money by marketing films.

The current share structure is

141MM O/S
11.7MM Float
129.3MM Restricted
700MM A/S

The CEO says they have access to $75MM in P&A funds(off balance sheet), but they do need to get money for the advances for the film properties they plan to acquire, which will be done through convertible 2 year restricted shares at fair value and nowhere near current prices. They already have many deals on their plate, nothing finalized. The CEO will not talk outside of SEC rules, there will be no leaks or rumors, he is very clear on this, very much by the book and he knows the rules.

They are fully reporting with the SEC and plan to get onto the OTC soon, as they already qualify. They are in the process of changing the corp name.
