Just do what a girl would do, post on her facebook wall something along the lines of "Love you baby" or something similar just to let all those other doods know whats up.

I've seen girls do this quite often.

Why give a f**k about her male friends? Do you expect her to cease all friendships with the opposite sex? You can't expect a girl to discontinue mixed-sex friendships. That would be controlling. (Unless certain guy-friends were former f**k buddies; in that case, I think it would be reasonable to ask her to discontinue the relationship [providing you're her boyfriend].)
