But she won't give you the time of day.

Here is how to get her.

put fruit in your oatmeal then, have a fricken banana whenever you want besides before bed.

What are your training goals? You want to gain muscle size? losing weight? I can't critique what you should do without knowing what your trying to do.

I must say, it has basic good things, but it could be a $hitload better if your trying to bulk or cut.

As stallion' said, there are some basic ideas in there but it needs a lot of work. The changes are also dependent on your goals.

Hey man, what about vegetables?
I'm not familiar with porridge, I've just
heard of it, here in the states (especially
ethnic me in the SW U.S.) but I have no
idea what goes in porridge.

Yes, you need to incorporate fruit, but
I think you definitely need
vegetables present as well.

I didn't understand your post...are you saying
you have digestive problems now, or
you have digestive problems from fruit?

Quagmire, in what aspects of my diet does it need work?

I'm trying to bulk, so far i've gained 4kg in the last one and a half months, of course with gym work (squats, deadlifts, benches etc). I think my current diet is working fine, except for the lack of fruits and now you guys reminded me, vegetables.

Why do you not have any eggs in there? The most anabolic of all foods.
+1 on cutting the noodles

I actually do have eggs wolf, in the first meal of the day. Just forgot to put it down. As for the noodles, it's the only semi-decent meal that my school has to offer. I add eggs in there too.

I thought schools had to offer fruit in the school meal by law.
in the 80s, president ronald regan made ketchup a vegetable by school lunch standard... meaning if they offered ketchup with fries, then it was two vegetables (potato and tomato) and was also a starch.
i think the standard is fruits or vegetables, but does not matter which.

Is that still the case, I thought that they have mad big changes to what goes into school food in the past few years, like no coke machines. Reagan seems to think like I did when I was 8.

Heh noodles semi-decent for a meal, that's a funny one.

Wolf posted the thread that you need to follow. Start of having shakes with 3 raw eggs+2scoops whey.

The USDA, in response to Reagan's funding cuts, proposed doing that, but it was never actually implemented.

There is no definition of vegetable, persay. It's not a botanical term. A tomato can be both a fruit and a vegetable. Vegetable are usually just considered to be the edible part of a plant. What we classify as vegetables is pretty much just arbitrary with no real scientific basis.

I'll probably do that, but that doesnt solve my problem of not having enough fruits.

I think he solved your problem already. Its really simple man just add a banana or apple or both to your meals unless its right before bed.
